Welcome Aimee, SVP of Sales

It’s a delight to announce that Aimee Baller is joining the team to lead sales, working with Sherod and building out our US presence especially, across brands and game developers/publishers scaling revenue and team expansion.
Aimee will lead Wildfire’s U.S. go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and team expansion as the company scales brand partnerships across Discord.
Aimee brings more than 20 years of experience in advertising, most recently as Head of Brand Partnerships for Central and West at Overwolf. There, she guided major brands including Smucker’s, Logitech, and Conagra into gaming as a core media channel, developing measurable programs that connected brands with Gen Z and Millennial audiences through contextual, community-centred experiences.
Her leadership has been recognised industry-wide, most recently with a 2025 Cynopsis Top Women in Media honour for Ad Sales Superstars, highlighting her role in advancing gaming and community media into the mainstream marketing conversation.
“Community is where modern culture actually lives,” said Aimee. “Brands know that influence has shifted away from feeds and into shared spaces.
