I've always believed this to be most valuable and Wildfire was founded on that premise, 3 years ago.

🌎 Wildfire Offsite: Costa Rica

In September, we came together in Nosara, Costa Rica. With team members spread across North America and Europe, it was a chance for those that could make it to sit face-to-face, surf at sunrise, and put strategy on paper for 2026!
Highlights included:
Workshops (so much better in person)
Surfing, ATV rides and Imperial lager
Magical sunrises and sunsets!
Doing this reminded me that this company is more than the campaigns we produce. It’s a moment in time building something new together as a collective, and taking some time in person for (almost all of) the company to get together was awesome.
